Because it’s actually not a bad thing so much, according to certain studies. One cup of java a day appears to keep coffee drinkers healthier longer.
There’s a strange study that was published here:
The study claims that there is an inverse relationship between heart failure (Cardiovascular disease) and the consumption of coffee. That inverse relation doesn’t necessarily point to an active reduction of risk, but what it does mean is that coffee drinkers by a certain margin had a lower risk of heart failure. Also, an increased consumption of coffee was found not to be associated with elevated risks of heart failure.
So, if you like your morning coffee, don’t worry, it’s actually not a bad thing. At least, not according to this study.
