Questions You Should be Asking the World Around You
I wanted to do a bit of reading on North Korea this morning and naturally, Google gave me a CNN article as its number 1 search result despite the fact nobody reads CNN.
So here’s what I got from CNN:
There’s no realistic scenario where the US establishes lawful justification to invade North Korea. So for all the boasting, and the pomp, and the bluster, North Korea’s missile tests bear the equivalence of a prisoner rattling his cage.
But for the unrealistic, it involves the global military industrial complex paying south east Asian saboteurs to commit false flag crimes to blame North Korea. That’s pretty much what they did in Syria.
But of course, with global politics being the tinder box that it is, when Trump jumps in, you can bet your whole nest egg that China nukes Japan, India nukes Pakistan, and Israel nukes Palestine. Conflicts are never symmetrical.
And that’s why North Korea needs to cool it with the missile testing. The case for sovereignty (from North Korea’s standpoint), as well as national defense and technology, needs to be done on the basis of international co-operation and diplomatic engagement, not provocation.
