Disney Marvel’s Black Adam (Lol)

I went to go see Disney Marvel’s Black Adam and WOW I asked: “was this movie written for children?“

~~But Superhero movies ARE for children moron!~~

TRUE! but have you seen what the average bearded mainstream movie critic looks like? They have full grown beards and they live with wives, have mortgages, and have children!

For reasons unexplained, this movie contains specious propaganda that is aimed at colored adults specifically. Here’s what I mean:

Amon, the teenaged protagonist in this movie is tasked by the film’s producers to be the film’s unofficial narrator. His job is to explain to you how you should feel, what you should think, and how you should relate to Black Adam’s character within the tight constraints envisioned by the film’s producers at the time of making.

Well that’s all fine and dandy, everyone needs to sell their product right?

On a side note, do you ever notice the cheesy background music in all modern military themed movies? You know, the ones that use horn instruments that sound like someone’s trying to sell used cars? I just thought I’d throw that in there because Disney Marvel’s Black Adam has this kind of music.

Side note number two: Dwayne Johnson tries too hard mimicking Jensen Ackles. (Jensen Ackles is the actor who played Dean Winchester in the TV series Supernatural, and is currently the actor playing SoldierBoy in the TV series TheBoys).

Side note number three: The only actress that I liked in this movie was Amon’s mom. She’s a very good actress.

Everything is fine and dandy up until the parts where Amon reminds us that the home which he calls the country of Khandak was “militarily occupied by white colonializers, all of whom are stripping the land off its natural resources, and treat Khandak’s people like unwilling slaves!” (While wearing designer clothes, and riding a white colonial skateboard.)

It’s obviously an allegory to the invasion of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria in the early to late 2000s, where millions of Christians and Arabs were genocided, and their lands stolen from them by the armies of America, France, UK, Germany, Canada, and Australia. (Even though Khandak is an analog for real world Egypt, and Egypt was for the most part left untouched the whole entire time, but that’s beside the point.)

Take a look at exactly which geographical regions were are talking about here. Just take a moment to look.

These are all the places where we bombed, maimed, and surreptitiously mutilated…

Now take a look at all the places where we seemingly had left things well enough alone for some odd reason…

I uhhh…I dunno. Does this look anything at all like white anglo imperialism to you? It looks more like white military might was used to sweep the middle east at the behest of certain hitherto & henceforth unnamed benefactors.

Ya know I just find it funny. I’m colored, and that’s why I’m sensitive to these issues. Lol. In the past, white actors were used by Hollywood to drive ticket sales.

-All the most attractive men and women.

-All the youngest legal white girls.

-The most caucasoid looking colored bit actors.

And in many cases, white actors were treated like dummies too. Ya know, bad scripts, paltry screen time, type casting, artificially bad reviews, bad wages etc. etc.

Now with the recent push for multi-ethnic diversity in films, the exact same things are being done to colored actors! LOL
